I hope you had a relaxing holiday and celebrated it with the people you care about! Besides training, a thing that brings me peace is cooking delicious meals (sometimes cheat meals). So in honor of the holiday I threw together my favorite egg dish- eggs benedict; with a few healthy twists- salmon, spinach and onion. Of course, topped off with fresh REAL hollandaise sauce I also made. Don't worry, this dish isn't totally healthy, it has its share of calories and let me tell you- tastes amazing.
